Videoconferencing

Do you live in a rural area or in Northern BC?

Telehealth is a service that provides free live videoconferencing over a secure, high-speed provincial network. It can help patients to access expert cardiac consultation without a trip to a major heart centre.

There are telehealth options in BC which may help patients access care without the need to travel. These are secure virtual health platforms that enable video visits with a healthcare provider using a personal smartphone, tablet or computer.

Talk to your healthcare provider to find out if a virtual health visit will meet your cardiac care needs
